Courses are free for teachers of public schools. The district education office sends the list of participants two weeks before the course.

Postgraduate study (aspirantura)
The Institute takes 3 postgraduates a year in the theory and methods of teaching (by subject). Documents from 1 to 30 September: application, diploma, list of publications, a research proposal of 5 pages. Entrance examinations in October: speciality, English, philosophy. Defences of the candidate dissertation are held at the joint council with Talas State University.
